Welcome to The Plug. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The Plug website, mobile platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. About The Plug

The Plug is an online automotive marketplace that connects customers with third-party automotive brands and suppliers. The Plug does not manufacture, stock, or physically handle products, and operates as a facilitator and commission-based platform.

All products listed on the Platform are sold and fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers.

 

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
• The Plug reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

 

3. Product Listings & Accuracy

• Product information, specifications, compatibility, images, pricing, and availability are provided by third-party suppliers.
• While The Plug strives to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or compatibility information are error-free.
• Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before placing an order, including fitment based on vehicle make, model, year, and VIN where applicable.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed are in [SAR]
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of checkout.
• The Plug earns revenue through commission agreements with suppliers, which does not affect the price paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Order Processing

• Orders are transmitted to the relevant supplier once payment is confirmed.
• The Plug does not control supplier processing times, manufacturing timelines, or shipping schedules.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.

 

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of successful payment.
• After 24 hours, orders are considered final and cannot be changed or canceled.
• Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the Platform or official communication channels.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers.
• Delivery times vary depending on product type, supplier location, and destination.
• The Plug is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, logistics providers, force majeure events, or supplier constraints.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final.
• The Plug does not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
• This policy reflects the customized and supplier-direct nature of the products sold.

 

9. Damaged or Defective Items

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must:
  • Notify The Plug within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage
• Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
• Resolution (replacement or refund) is subject to supplier approval.

 

10. Warranty

• Product warranties, if any, are provided solely by the supplier or manufacturer.
• The Plug does not provide independent warranties and is not responsible for warranty claims.
• Customers must contact the relevant supplier directly for warranty-related matters, with assistance from The Plug where possible.

 

11. Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer

• The Plug is not liable for incorrect fitment resulting from:
  • Incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer
  • Manufacturer changes or revisions
  • Improper installation
• Professional installation is strongly recommended.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Plug shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
• The Plug is not responsible for mechanical failure, vehicle damage, or personal injury resulting from product use or installation.

 

13. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including logos, text, design, and branding, is the property of The Plug or its licensors.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

14. Third-Party Links & Content

• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.
• The Plug is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

 

15. Termination of Use

The Plug reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice
• Remove listings or accounts that violate these Terms

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

17. Changes to Terms

The Plug may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
